Completed Orders: Once a gift wrapping service has been completed and delivered, it cannot be returned in the traditional sense. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Cancellation Before Completion: If you need to cancel an order before the wrapping service has been completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the stage of completion and materials used.

Material Products: If you have purchased wrapping materials, papers, ribbons, or other physical products from us, standard return policies apply as outlined below.

Custom wrapping services, personalized items, and items that have been used or damaged cannot be returned unless there is a defect in our workmanship.
